 So... has anybody ever done anything really really stupid that they thought was a good idea when they did it?

Jinn is sitting out on a bench in Domino, eating a burger. While this is normal enough, he's also in handcuffs. There are no figures of authority around so he's probably not being arrested. Unless he ran from the cop or something. He looks extraordinarily calm, at any rate.
