I have a garage for bikes and the like. I don't have some resources Erland let me use back when. But I do have my own garage and resources from OOPARTS I can tap if I ask Moeko pretty please enough. So yes, in theory I can build stuff depending on what you're asking. But it's also been a while since someone gave me work. So what 'equipment' am I making?

[It's a couple things. First is ceramic body armor that goes on top of essentially a riding suit. Chest plate, stomach plate, elbow and knee pads. Plates over the forearms and shins. Also there's specs for a weight and chain, complete with desired metal composition and link construction.]
