(no subject)

So I remembered the reason why I always ran and used the gym so much before I came here. Forgot that it wasn't just to stay in shape.

Better get back on that.

And maybe some more therapy.

What was it for, Jinn?

To keep me too exhausted to do anything else.

[identity profile] beastkingnaoma.livejournal.com 2009-12-31 02:22 am (UTC)(link)
It makes me too tired to do or think certain things.

You can always come to me or call me on a cell if you need me for therapy.

Is there treatment for 'fear of commitment' beyond 'stop it'?

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-12-31 02:27 am (UTC)(link)
There's possible exercises and some such. I dunno. I'd have to recheck my books.

But pretty much: Commit to something is the treatment.

Yeah so I think I just need to get over it maybe.

Well, now that you've accepted the problem and realized you need to fix it, you are on a good course. But if you need any help, you can ask.
